Raised in an Air Force family, Bhagyashree learned adaptability from a young age. After studying Chemistry and earning a Master's in Climate Change and Sustainability at TISS, she worked with the Indian government to promote financial literacy among women in rural areas. Following her MBA, she joined Morgan Stanley, where she has grown from intern to HR Manager. As an HR Business Partner, she focuses on talent retention, development, performance, and diversity initiatives.
